Who is this program for?

DevOps is the layer between writing Salesforce and releasing it. These are the people it pays off for fastest.

Add the release layer

Salesforce Developers

You can build it but deployments are still change sets and crossed fingers. Learn to own the pipeline that ships your work.

Move beyond change sets

Salesforce Admins

Take control of environments, work items and promotion paths using DevOps Center and Git without needing to write Apex.

Salesforce specialisation

Release & Build Engineers

You already know CI/CD from other stacks. Learn what makes Salesforce metadata deployments different, and the tools built for it.

Design the process

Team Leads & Architects

Choose between DevOps Center, Flosum, Gearset and Copado on evidence, and design branching, testing and rollback strategy for a team.

Why Choose RizeX Labs for Salesforce DevOps Training

Four tool-chains, one pipeline you build yourself — not a tour of screenshots.

Git & Version Control

Branching strategy, merge versus rebase and conflict resolution on real Salesforce metadata.

DevOps Center

The native Salesforce tool end to end — work items, environments, promotion and its limitations.

Flosum

Salesforce-native DevOps: repositories, metadata tracking, release management, backup and compliance.

Gearset

Delta deployments, pre-deployment validation, CI jobs and rollback strategies.

Copado

User stories, promotion paths, pipelines and test level management the way enterprises run it.

Code Quality & Security

Clayton static analysis, Apex best-practice enforcement and security vulnerability detection.

Monitoring with Datadog

Salesforce logs and metrics, alerts, dashboards and incident detection in production.

End-to-End Project

One real pipeline: requirement analysis through deployment, rollback and documentation.

Two full stories from this track: where they started, what they learned, and what changed.

01 Salesforce Support Engineer → Salesforce Developer

From ₹4 LPA Support Engineer to ₹13 LPA Salesforce Developer

Mahindra P.

Mahindra came from a small town near Visakhapatnam and completed his Mechanical Engineering degree.

Like many graduates, he started his career in a support role. He was working as a Support Engineer with a salary of ₹4 LPA, but he wanted to move into a development-focused career.

He discovered Salesforce and decided to take the risk of starting something new. Instead of simply learning Salesforce theoretically, he focused on hands-on development, real-world projects, Apex, SOQL, LWC, and interview preparation.

The transition wasn't immediate. There were challenges, interview rejections, and moments of self-doubt. But he continued.

Eventually, Mahindra successfully transitioned from Support Engineering to Salesforce Development. Today, he is working as a Salesforce Developer with a leading Bank GCC, earning ₹13 LPA.

02 Salesforce IT Support → Salesforce Developer

He didn't change his degree. He changed his skills.

Rahul S.

Rahul started his career in IT Support. He was already working in the IT industry, but most of his day-to-day work involved support activities. He wanted to move into a more technical and development-oriented role.

The biggest challenge was simple: how do you switch careers when you already have a job and responsibilities?

Rahul started learning Salesforce alongside his work. He began with Salesforce fundamentals and gradually moved into Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, automation, integrations, and real-world projects.

Instead of trying to learn everything at once, he followed a structured approach: learn, practice, build, apply, interview.

After building sufficient confidence and project experience, Rahul started applying for Salesforce roles. His efforts paid off. He successfully moved from an IT Support role into Salesforce Development and began building a career around Salesforce.

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear your doubts and get complete clarity before starting your journey with RizeX Labs.

Do I need to be a Salesforce developer to learn Salesforce DevOps?
No. The Git and DevOps Center phases assume no coding. Admins take this course regularly. The Apex-heavy parts sit in the testing and code quality phases, and those build up from fundamentals.
Which DevOps tools does the course cover?
Four: Salesforce DevOps Center, Flosum, Gearset and Copado, plus Git, GitHub Actions, Clayton for code quality and Datadog for monitoring. You learn where each one fits rather than being sold one of them.
Will I get hands-on access to Flosum, Gearset and Copado?
Gearset, Copado and DevOps Center are covered hands-on. Flosum is taught comparatively alongside Copado, because a Flosum playground is not publicly available — that phase is conceptual by necessity and we say so up front.
How long is the Salesforce DevOps programme?
Three months, online or offline, with live lectures, recordings and lifetime access to the material.
Is this useful if my company still deploys with change sets?
That is the most common starting point. The course covers why change sets break down at scale and how to move a team onto source-driven development without stopping delivery.
Do you offer weekend or flexible batches?
Yes. Batches run at different times and intensities, from 1 to 2 hours a day up to full-time. Tell our team your working hours and we will suggest the track that fits your schedule.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. You receive a RizeX Labs Certificate of Completion, and the tracks are aligned to the official certification paths. Some programmes include a certification voucher — check the programme details above.
What placement support is included?
Resume building, an optimised LinkedIn and Naukri profile, mock interviews with real interview scenarios, profile marketing to our hiring partner network, and interview opportunities. Support continues after training until you are placed.
Are the sessions recorded?
Yes. Every live class is recorded and you keep lifetime access, so you can revisit any session and keep the course material for reference on the job.
What if I miss a class?
Every live session is recorded, and trainers hold separate doubt-clearing sessions, so you can catch up without falling behind the batch.
Can I pay in instalments?
Speak to our team about the payment options available for your chosen track. We will set out what is possible before you enrol, in writing.
Is the training online or offline?
Both. Most tracks run online with live instructor-led classes, and selected programmes run offline from our Pune centre. The format is listed against each track above.
Do you help working professionals who can only study after hours?
Yes — a large share of our learners are working professionals. Evening and weekend batches exist for exactly this, and recordings cover the sessions you cannot attend live.
