Are the masterclasses really free?
The sessions marked Free are free — no payment and no card details. A small number are marked Premium; those state their price before you register.
Do I need experience to attend?
No. Each session opens with a plain-English introduction, and the demos are narrated for people seeing the platform for the first time.
How often do you run them?
Regularly, across Salesforce, ServiceNow and Marketing Cloud. If a session you want has no date against it yet, register anyway and you go on the list for the next one.
Can I ask questions?
Yes. Every session ends with a live Q&A, and the chat stays open throughout.
Is it a sales pitch for the paid course?
The closing section covers our training, because people ask. The bulk of the session is the subject itself, including a live demo.
What if I cannot attend at that time?
Register anyway. We run these regularly, and registering puts you on the list for the next date.
